Steve began his real estate career in 1985 as a licensed agent later becoming a property manager for a regional real estate company. After more than a decade he gave up his real estate license to become a mortgage loan officer for several of the largest lenders in the nation. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus on real estate and an MBA focusing in Finance.
He has been actively investing since 2016 in residential and commercial real estate He owns two car washes and has purchased a closing laundromat for relocation. He believes the opportunity in buying niche commercial real estate where you have businesses as tenants is virtually untapped. As well as using many of these businesses in your existing portfolio as unique value proposition.
