The purpose of this group, run by Vena Jones-Cox and Derek Christian, is to provide a space where folks new to the business can learn and ask basic questions (“What’s a quit-claim deed? Why would a seller sell a $100,000 for $30,000?) AND get feedback on deals you’re considering doing.
