Top 10 Tips for Hiring Your Team with Vena Jones-Cox. Trying to build a real real estate business, but having trouble finding the right people to run it? Vena Jones-Cox will share her experiences hiring, managing (and sometime firing) employees ranging from acquisitions coordinators to VAs to administrators to property managers.
