We don't know. Pete talks about whatever Pete wants to talk about, and it's always fascinating and always valuable.
But we know you'll learn:
- How to build relationships with sellers, colleagues, and other that let you get whatever you need (which may be money, but may be credit, or rehab, or management, or something else) to get whatever you want (which may be deals, or money, or expertise you don’t have) so that you can do more deals than you ever thought possible.
MULTIPLE creative strategies (ranging from seller financing to private financing to exotic things like options and lease options) that will help you implement the ‘deals without dollars’ philosophy.
- How to exchange things that aren’t money (like other properties, or notes, or services, or parts of other properties) for the deals you want. Don’t have anything to exchange? You’ll learn how to GET those things—there will even be a live demonstration of this on Saturday night.
- A whole new (to you, but proven and tested for DECADES by Pete and his followers) way of approaching ‘negotiation’ and ‘deal making’ that will absolutely blow you away, and make it so much easier to craft creative win-win deals that it will literally change your investing life.
