Thursday, June 2nd IN PERSON
How Foreclosure Auctions Work in Ohio

and How to Use What You Have (time, skills, expertise) to Get What You Want (deals, help, cash flow)

There’s a reason that we’re the biggest and fastest growing community of real estate entrepreneurs in the entire Midwest.

Actually, there are a bunch of reasons.

     Killer skill-building topics.

True experts that you can’t learn from anywhere else.

And networking with an amazing bunch of supportive, excited colleagues who can help you reach your goals faster and easier than you can by ‘going it alone’.

All those things come together at our June 2nd in-person meeting…

Here’s the agenda:

5:00 p.m. Free light dinner and “Ask the Expert” tables
Your chance to get ‘belly to belly’ with your future partners, lenders, buyers, sellers, advisors, and ask all your questions

6:00 p.m. Early Bird Meeting:
How to Trade What You Have to Get What You Want with Vena Jones-Cox
You’ve seen ‘exchanging’ in action at our Friday morning haves and wants and propswap meetings.

But do YOU know how to effective trade thing that aren’t money—like your time, computer skills, personal property—for deals, or parts of deals, or help that you need?

It’s a killer skill to have, and we’ll teach you exactly how to do it at our early bird meeting.

7:30 p.m. How Foreclosure Auctions work in Ohio with Sgt. Rick Snow, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office
With the drastic increase in foreclosures, we’re looking at opportunities to buy properties at the “Sheriff’s Sale”—aka the foreclosure auction—again.

Sgt. Rick Snow from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s office will share how the foreclosure auctions in Ohio work:

  • What you need to do ahead of timein order to bid at the sale
  • How to find out what’s coming up on the auction block, and what research you can and can’t do on those properties
  • Why there’s a minimum bid
  • Why some sales happen online and some on the courthouse steps
  • When and how you have to pay for the property
  • When you get possession of the property
  • Whether the bids are “assignable”,
  • What happens if the property turns out to be a total wreck not worth what you bid, or has a title problem after you bought it
  • and the pros and cons of buying properties there.

This is a truly unique chance to find out everything you want to know about this stage of the foreclosure process from a true insider.

Please take a moment to pre-register so that we know how many seats to reserve—click the register button below. This meeting is free to members and first-time guests with a guest pass (again, you can get that on the registration link below); it’s $35 for returning guests (but that’s silly to pay since an entire month of membership is just $25 HERE.
