Hang out and meet your next buyer, seller, partner, agent—who knows?
There’ll be a dinner buffet and you’ll get the first shot at our silent auction items, with gift cards, home study courses, and more.
Top bidder takes ‘em home...usually cheap! (Silent auction to benefit 1851 Center for Constitutional Law)
We’ll also have a holiday networking contest, with a first prize of $1,000 in free seminars, coaching, and more…
7:30-9:00 p.m. Best, Worst, and Most Creative Deals of the Year…
Laugh, cry, cheer, and learn along with your fellow attendees and presenters as members share (and compete to win) their best and worst deals of 2021.
This meeting has been a member favorite for decades for a reason: it’s you chance to see, in detail, exactly the types of deals members are doing that work and don’t work, and get inspired by what other folks are doing right here, right now.

Cleaning Out Your Garage? Donate to Our Silent Auction
Do you have real estate-related books, courses, audios, tools, or other things you’d like to get out of your garage and into someone else’s?
Donate them to our silent auction! Just bring them to the meeting by 6:30 on December 2nd, and we’ll use them to raise money for the all-important 1851 Center for Constitutional Law!
Bring your spouse or partner (Members and First Time Guests are FREE, Members may bring 1 Guest FREE, Returning Guests $35), but most importantly PLEASE, PLEASE RSVP by December 1st, so we know how much food to order!
A note to our online members: we WILL simulcast the meeting beginning at 7, when the community awards and best and worst deals of the year contest begins. Make SURE you select “Attending Online” when registering, so we don’t buy a meal for you that we can’t return!
