It’s the end of another year packed with education and relationship-building, and it’s time for the REIAGC team to thank our amazing Cincinnati-area community (that’s you!) with food, networking, bargains, and fun!
5:00-6:00 p.m. Have a drink, courtesy of our awesome Vendors…and Network to Win…
Come early and have a free drink courtesy of our amazing vendor members—and we’ll even REWARD you for your relationship-build efforts with a networking contest during this hour—all you have to do is meet 10 new people, prove it, and you’ll be entered into a door prize drawing for a free Express Success Membership (which means you get extra training every month, AND access to all 22 of next year’s Saturday workshops FREE)
6:00-7:30 p.m. Dinner, Networking Contest, Community Awards, and Silent Auction
Hang out and meet your next buyer, seller, partner, agent, accountability buddy—who knows?
There’ll be a dinner buffet and you’ll get the first shot at our silent auction items, with gift cards, home study courses, and more.
7:30-9:00 p.m. Best, Worst, and Most Creative Deals of the Year…
Laugh, cry, cheer, and learn along with your fellow attendees and presenters as members share (and compete to win) their best and worst deals of this past year.
This meeting is always a member favorite for good reason: it’s your chance to see, in detail, exactly the types of deals members are doing that work and don’t work and get inspired by what other folks are doing right here, right now.

• Worst Deal of the Year
• Best Deal by a New Investor (a “new investor” is one who completed their first deal within the past 12 months)
• Most Creative Deal of the Year
The winners get bragging rights AND an awesome plaque to display for years to come.

Cleaning Out Your Garage? Donate to Our Silent Auction
Do you have real estate-related books, courses, audios, tools, or other things you’d like to get out of your garage and into someone else’s?
Donate them to our silent auction! Just bring them to the meeting by 6:00 on December 1st, and we’ll use them to raise money for the all-important OREIA Legal Defense Fund.
FREE for our Members; non-members are $25—and gets you a month of membership at REIAGC, which means you get to attend our December Saturday workshop and our online focus group meetings free for the rest of 2022!
