Our February 15th General Meeting is all about investors helping investors: with technological resources, knowledge, and advice.

We’re the oldest, largest, and fastest-growing community of real estate entrepreneurs in a 5-state area for a reason: we help you grow your wealth by connecting you with the smartest investors in the tri-state area.

Whether you’re just kicking the tires or you’re already deep into the real estate business, we invite you to join us for this meeting: we promise you’ll learn lots. Check it out:

7:30-9:00 p.m.
Tech Talk: Apps, Sites, and Software that Make Your Business Easier

There are tons of technologies out there to help you find comps, track leads, manage rentals, keep your books straight, invoice tenants and contractors, communicate with your team, and even find deals. So many, in fact, that it can be incredibly confusing.

At this meeting, some of REIA’s most active and experienced investors will share their favorite apps and software—and you’ll be able to share yours, too. Everyone who attends will get a complete list of the favorite shortcuts of folks who use these programs every day.

6:00-7:00 workshops
For new investors:
What’s it Worth? with Ken Adkins

One of the most important skills every new investor needs, no matter what your exit strategy, is the ability to figure out what the heck a house is even worth. Until you can estimate the value of a property right, you can’t make the right offer. Experienced appraiser and long-time REIA member Ken Adkins shares how to get to that right price.

For active investors:
Why I Love High-End Rentals with Joe Davidson

Cheap rentals can be attractive for their price-to-income ratio, but they’re not for everyone. Joe Davidson buys single family homes in good school systems and gets appreciation, tax breaks, and less tenant drama than with low-income rentals. Come learn how he selects, manages, and pays for these easier-to-manage rentals.

Make sure you RSVP or download your free guest pass!! We look forward to seeing you on Thursday the 18th!
