How and Why to Get Big Discounts on Pre-Foreclosure Properties
(While Helping Sellers) with Short Sales
PLUS: How to Get Started in High-Profit, Low-Hassle Repair for Equity Deals

The next few years are going to be all about using strategies that your customers—buyers, sellers, and renters—really need in a slow real estate market.

Our years of experience educating, supporting, and of course interacting with the largest, most active, and most excited group in the whole region has taught us a lot about the big opportunities in a ‘buyer’s market’—and two of the most important are short sales, and ‘repair for equity’-type sales.

So guess what we’re bringing you at this meeting?

Yep, 2 really experienced local investors, sharing their experiences with both.

Here’s what you’ll learn when you attend:

6:00-7:00 p.m, early workshop:
How to Get Started in High-Profit, Low-Hassle “Repair for Equity” Deals
with Vena Jones-Cox

If your perfect exit strategy would include:

  • High returns
  • Year and years of passive cashflow from every deal
  • Little to no rehab
  • Properties that are easy to find, and easy to buy cheaply or with owner financing
  • Making your community better by giving people who could normally never buy a house the chance to buy a house,

you NEED to be at this workshop.

Vena has done over 300 of these deals, and will share some of the basics of why this strategy is soooo in demand, plus:

  • How to find the right properties to begin with
  • How to get the money to buy them
  • How to find the right buyers
  • And the most important factors in making sure that the deal is a success for you AND your buyer

7:30-9 p.m.
How to Use Short Sales to Make Tons of Money
(and Help Sellers in Distress) with Tom Duke

When rising foreclosures meet dropping prices, sellers have a BIG problem: sellers who can’t make payments need to sell, but often owe more than their property is worth.

The solution? Short sales, where you negotiate with the seller’s BANK to take less than the balance owed to pay off the mortgage, relieving them of the debt and the stress of foreclosure while making a tidy profit flipping or keeping the property, too.

Columbus-area investor Tom Duke has been doing these for over a decade, and has experienced how the process has changed during that time. He’ll share his knowledge including :

  • WHY banks do this in the first place, when they ‘lose money’ on every one of these deals
  • How to find the right sellers to work with
  • How you ‘make the offer’ (it’s NOT what you’re used to, trust us),
  • Problems you might stumble upon in the process.

Plus, we’re bring back “Ask the Expert” at 5 pm—this is for members only and requires SEPARATE REGISTRATION, which you can find HERE.

The main meeting from 6-9 is open to members and first time guests at no charge, and return guests for a meeting fee of $35 (or, if you’re not a member, just click HERE to see our membership options and benefits, which are AWESOME…)
