How to Find Out Everything You Need to Know About People and Properties

Who’s the owner? And how can I reach him?
How many units are in the building?
Are there any liens against the property?
What about code violations?
Is it vacant, or occupied?
What does the inside look like?
Roughly, what’s it worth?
Whether you’re a wholesaler, a housing provider or short-term rental owner researching out-of-state purchases, or a note buyer, the time will come when you need to stalk a deal before you can bring it down.
- So we’re bringing you a whole meeting full of tips and tricks for doing exactly that: finding everything from owner mailing addresses and phone numbers to who owns the LLC that owns the proper-ty to, maybe, interior pictures of the property you’re interested in. You’ll end the evening a lot more knowledgeable about how track down the info you need, wherever or whatever the property may be.
