Real estate investors, as a group, tend to have a big handicap: we think along the lines of HOW to get deals done, get money, get education, get all the stuff done we need to get done, etc.
What we SHOULD be asking is, “WHO can help me get this deal done” WHO has the money I need and what would they like to have better than that money? WHO already knows what I need to know? WHO has the time and the skills to do these things I don’t have time for, or am not good at?”
