Negotiating with sellers is a funny thing; you can learn important basic tactics (like “Don’t negotiate against yourself” and “Your price, my terms”) from a book or course, but finding your own words for dealing with seller objections requires actually USING those tactics, over and over, with seller after seller.
Ultimately, you’ll find that you have a toolbox of things you say to sellers when the inevitable objections (“I’ll just list the property!” “I already had a higher offer than that!” “Why can’t you just pay me cash?”) arise.
