Get Your Deal Funded Night at
The Cincinnati Chapter Meeting…
REAIGC is famous for being a place where people with deals can meet people with money to invest in those deals.
At the February Cincinnati-area Chapter meeting, we’re gonna show you how it’s done, by bringing the potential private lenders, partners, hard money lenders, and buy-and-hold lenders into the room so that YOU can present YOUR latest deal and see what they have to offer.

How to Negotiate Creative Funding Terms with Vena Jones-Cox: Loans and partnerships aren’t all “one size fits all”.
You can sometimes trade a lower interest rate for more ‘points’ on the back end, or a lower payment for part of the ownership, or get more cash flow by giving up some of the “tax breaks”—but only if you know what’s possible and how to ask for it.
This one-hour primer will introduce you to some of the possibilities, and get you started down the path of negotiating things like “equity sharing mortgages”, partnerships that aren’t 50/50, and more.

Buy-Sell-Trade Bring your deals, your money, your buyer’s list form, those appliances you took out of a rehab but don’t want to throw away (don’t literally bring those, ‘k?), your requests for referrals, and see if there’s not a taker for them right in the room!

Fund My Deal!
We’ll bring the money people.
You bring the deals you want funded—short term or long term, for purchase, refinance, and repairs, whatever you need.
Our funders will ‘make you an offer’ (or tell you why they’re not making you an offer, which can be just as educational for you!)
Even if you don’t HAVE a deal to fund right now, you should be there, and here’s why:
- You’ll get to find out who has money to invest in deals
- You’ll see how different KINDS of money people think about deals, as they discuss how they’d approach funding what’s on the table (or why they wouldn’t!)
- And if you ARE a money person, you might find a deal you’d like to invest in!
When you register, you’ll get a form to fill out to give the details of the deal you want to be funded; we’ll get as many deals in front of our potential money people as we can in 90 minutes, giving 1st priority to members.
