Unlike many software founders, Tina did not come from a tech background. She built Brixel out of firsthand experience after seeing how easily important details – maturity dates, payments, documents, and next steps – could slip through the cracks when information lived in too many different places.
Through her lending company, Property Angel Partners, Tina actively lends on real estate deals with a strong emphasis on due diligence, clear loan structures, and protecting invested capital. She also leads Women Flipping the Script, a national community of women in real estate focused on education, strategy, and building sustainable businesses the right way.
Known for her practical, systems-oriented approach, Tina teaches lenders how to stay organized, understand their numbers, know their borrowers, and maintain control of their capital.
