Jason Dillard and his companies have been the principal in over 1000 transactions. Throughout his career, Jason has spearheaded over $85 million in transactions. Jason currently owns/manages over 100 residential/multi-family homes. Jason has built over 100 single family homes, he has developed and financially backed 4 subdivisions. He has successfully rehabbed over 300 single family homes. Jason has bought and sold over 150 rental houses, 7 apartment complexes, developed several boat/RV and mini storage facilities and currently holds 7 commercial properties, including office space, industrial, commercial and storage.
Throughout his illustrious career, Jason has strived to be the absolute best at what he does and is always looking for new ways to reinvent the current pulse of real estate investing. Jason is an esteemed member of the Society of Exchange Counselors and is considered an expert in 1031 exchanges.
In both 2020 and 2022 Jason was recognized by the SEC with the Cliff Weaver Most Creative Transaction Award. Jason is an approved educator for the SEC Education Foundation and is currently a board member of both the SEC and the Education Foundation. Jason has written 3 courses for these purposes and is an approved instructor for Continuing Education classes in real estate in several states.
