Five Things Attendees Will Know After this Meeting:

  1. 1. Identify your real estate investment processes and what you can mechanized using established systems.
    1.    a. How will you market your property?
    2.    b. Legal and professionally written rental agreement.
    3.    c. How will you collect rent?
    4.    d. How will you manage maintenance requests?
    5.    e. How will you keep and maintain records on each tenant?
  2. 2. Build your team:  electrician, plumber, heating and cooling contractors and handy man/woman.
    1.     a. Helpful tips (obtain all your serial make/model numbers of appliances; including hot water tank, furnace, and AC to keep on file.)
  3. 3. Network with other real estate investors by maintaining your COREE membership and attending local real estate group meetings
  4. 4. Read all real estate book to keep yourself up to date on housing laws, etc.
  5. 5. Learn what you can and should delegate for managing your rental properties.
