As Women in Real Estate (W.I.R.E.) steps into 2026, we’re excited to welcome Te-Sha Lee as co-leader alongside Christina Rust, and to continue building a community grounded in intention, visibility, and collective growth.
W.I.R.E. is women-centered by design, created to elevate women’s voices, leadership, and experiences in real estate, while also welcoming allies who support that mission. Whether you identify as a woman in real estate or as someone committed to supporting women’s success in the industry, your participation is valued here.
This gathering is a space to show up as you are, share where you’re headed, and be supported by a community that understands the journey. Each attendee will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and, if they choose, share a personal or professional goal for 2026.
Moving forward, we’ll dedicate approximately 20 minutes in each monthly meeting to accountability check-ins, honest updates, shared wins, gentle course-correction, and collective encouragement.
