Nationwide Online Chapter Meeting
Title: If You Can't Buy 'Em, Build 'Em:
Meet Investors Who Stopped Chasing Deals and Started Constructing Them Instead

OPHP Credits: 1.5 hours, classroom rehab [What's This?

For decades, most investors built wealth by buying existing properties.

Find a deal.

Add value.

Raise rents.

Repeat.

But what happens when the deals become harder to find, prices on existing houses go up, margins shrink, and everyone seems to be chasing the same inventory?

Some investors ask a different question:

"What if I just built my next rental or flip instead?"

We're devoted to helping our members become more successful by bringing them practical, real-world information from people who are actually doing the business.

Which is why we're bringing together a panel of investors from around the country who started exactly where most of us start—buying rentals, flipping houses, wholesaling deals, and hunting for opportunities.

Then they added construction to their businesses.

Some discovered that building became their preferred strategy.

Others found it was simply another powerful tool to pull out when traditional acquisitions stopped making sense.

Either way, they've learned lessons that can save you time, money, frustration, and expensive mistakes.

They'll tell their stories, share what was harder than they expected, what was easier than they expected, talk honestly about margins, regulations, financing, construction challenges, and all the other things you've wondered about.

Here’s the Full Agenda:

6:30–7:00 Eastern Time:
The Ask Room. Bring the thing that will most help you move your real estate business forward in the next month, and ask for it, whether it's a property you need to sell, one you need to buy, a deal you need to fund, or just help understanding something. You'll be surprised at the help you get.

7:00–7:15: Member Deal of the Month

7:15–8:30: If You Can't Buy 'Em, Build 'Em!

8:30–??: The Meeting After the Meeting: cement what you've learned by sharing your takeaways, asking questions, and more
