and Make Better Decisions

Ever lost a deal because you couldn’t find the owner of the property? Ever rented to a tenant, or loaned money to a borrower, that you shouldn’t have, because you didn’t know their real history? That stops now; there are dozens of free or inexpensive tools at your disposal to find out pretty much anything you want to know about any property or person you want to know about.
At this meeting, we’ll look at tools that let you:
- Find out immediately what a property last sold for, and when
- Discover what a seller owes on a property, even if he doesn’t want to tell you
- Skip trace missing owners, people who owe you money, and old flames you kinda wanna stalk
- Uncover the rental history, criminal history, and lawsuit history of tenant or borrower applicants
- Find out who owns that LLC that owns that property
- Track down whether a property has code violations, tax liens, or other issues that the seller may not even know about
- Get a feel for whether you’re being scammed by a potential borrower, tenant, or partner
You’ll leave fully equipped to find out what you need to know to make better business decision in buying, lending, renting, and partnering.

They can do anything and everything for you that can be done online or over the phone (including setting up and managing websites, getting or fixing mailing lists, answering your phone, creating and managing social media sites for your business, and more), but most people don’t fully understand how to hire them, what to pay them, or how to use them to their full potential affordably.
