Over the past several months, our group has been fortunate to hear from a variety of speakers who have helped frame the opportunities and challenges in land development and new construction. We’ve heard about:

Subdivision Strategies – how to break larger parcels into smaller, more marketable lots while navigating county-level hurdles.

Financing & Capital Structures – creative approaches to funding projects, from traditional lending to partnerships and equity.

Construction Trends – updates on building costs, labor shortages, and the future of modular and CrossMod® housing.

Zoning & Regulatory Perspectives – insights into what local townships and counties are willing to support, and where bottlenecks exist.
These sessions have given us valuable context, but now it’s time to pause, regroup, and chart our own course.
At this Tuesday’s meeting, instead of bringing in an outside speaker, we’ll dedicate the hour to hour-and-a-half to an open roundtable discussion. Our focus will be:
