5:00–6:00: Free Light Dinner and Networking. Wealth building is a team sport, so shed that introversion for an hour and come meet private lenders, wholesalers, buyers, future partners, and smart, experienced people who are always looking to do business.
6:00: Earlybird Meeting – Wholesaling 101
7:00: Buy-Sell-Trade (members only). Bring your deals, your money, your buyer's list form, your requests for referrals, whatever—and tell your colleagues about them. Buy-Sell-Trade is for members only (don't worry, guests, you'll get a quick orientation with executive director Vena Jones-Cox), and we suggest you bring flyers or business cards because it'll move FAST.
7:30: Creative Deal Autopsies. Whether you're brand new or already doing deals, this is the kind of practical, real-world information that shortens your learning curve and increases your profit. You'll also get the chance to put the presenters in the hot seat and ask any and every question you have about how they did their deals.
