How to Keep Your Family Out of Conflict (and Court) with the Right Estate and Legacy Planning (with Elliot Feldman, esq.)
Ever since our July estate planning workshop, members have been clamoring for MORE practical information about how to put together a plan for assuring that their families inherit their assets with minimal headache and minimal taxes.
Ohio-licensed attorney Elliot Feldman knows the answers; he specializes in estate planning, and will share:
- How To Keep Your Home and Your Rentals Out Of Probate Court If Something Happens to You.
- How to prevent your minor kids from being taken by Child Protective Services if you never made it home.
- How to protect your adult children's inheritance from being taken in a divorce, lawsuit, or bankruptcy.
- How to never let your family get trapped in court for years, paying thousands just to get the assets you left them.
- Will vs. Trust - which one will your family need when something happens to you.
Plus, if you happen to be a licensed agent in Ohio, you’ll get an hour of CE credit for attending!
7:30-9:00 p.m. eastern
How to ‘Do’ Real Estate When You Have a Full-Time Job
Being a full-time real estate entrepreneur might be your goal—or it might not.
In either case, it might not be your REALITY right now.
So how do you successfully juggle a job AND finding deals, managing rehabs, managing tenants, wholesaling houses, and the myriad other task and goals you have for your real estate business?
That’s the question we’ll all pose to our panel of members who are doing BOTH. They’ll share:
- How they manage their time effectively
- The tools they use to make it easier (VAs, software, team members, partners, schedulers, and more)
- How they handle the fact that not all employers and colleagues like the fact that they’re also running a business
- How they think about transitioning to full-time real estate: the challenges or replacing the income, the insurance, the retirement benefits, and more.
This online meeting is free to members and first-time guests; returning guests pay $35 (which is a bad investment when you can JOIN for a month for $25, and get a whole bunch of OTHER meetings and benefits for free, HERE)
