Buy Your First Apartment Building Even With No Experience!

Since ONE big apartment building can replace your entire income, you cannot miss this meeting! The information that national real estate expert Anthony Chara has to share could very well change your life.

7:30-9:00 Meeting
“How to Buy Your First Apartment Building” with Anthony Chara

Do you think of apartment investments as being the “next step”—in other words, something to invest in when you’re an expert, or you’ve quit your job, or you have a ton of money?

Anthony Chara says NO…you can (and should) invest in apartments with no experience, and even if you have a 9 to 5 job! And he should know—he and his partner own over 1,100 units around the country! In his triumphant return to Ohio (where he owns a lot of those units), Anthony will show you:

  • Why apartments might make MORE sense than single family homes, if you’re a beginner with a full-time job
  • How to get the money to finance hundred thousand, million, even multi-million dollar projects
  • What’s happening in the apartment market right now, and how all the new buildings downtown should affect your buying decisions

Anthony Chara has been investing in real estate since 1993, and apartments since 2004. His properties range from a 14 unit in Oklahoma to a 116 unit in Wichita—all bought with little or none of his own money.
