How to talk to sellers about carrying financing
The great thing about seller financing is that it allows deals to be negotiated between two people who have different motivations and no particular ‘rules’ about the terms. The hard thing about it is that one of those people—the seller—isn’t usually all that familiar with the strategies or the jargon.
