There are many ways to invest in Commercial Real Estate; Apartments, Self Storage, Mobile Home Parks, Strip Centers and the like. Some of these don't require you to get the loans, inspect the properties, manage them, etc.
This is called Passive Investing. Investing Passively usually means investing in a syndication and analyzing a PPM. I will discuss some of the ways to analyze these opportunities.
