The Northern Kentucky Focus Group has morphed and grown into something bigger!!
The Northern KY Chapter meetings function just like our regular REIAGC meetings, but address issues associated specifically with Kentucky investing, including:
- Tax lien investing in Kentucky
- Landlord/tenant law and eviction in Kentucky
- Foreclosures investing in Kentucky
- Kentucky contracts for deed
- Finding deals in Kentucky
...and so much more!
These meetings will be held on the 4th Tuesday of each month, in the conference room on the lower floor of Lookout Corporate Center, located at 1717 Dixie Highway in Ft. Wright, right off the Kyle's Lane exit of I-75.
Each meeting will start with a free light dinner and networking at 6:00pm, with the topic meeting starting at 7:00pm.
As with all REIAGC meetings, members and first-time guests can attend for free; repeat guests will need to pay a $35 guest fee to attend.
