And rightly so, since it’s:
- Usually ‘no qualifying’
- Often low money down
- Always lower-cost than bank or hard money financing
- AND it lets you make offers that are HIGHER than your cash-paying competitors can, because with the right terms, the price matters a lot less
The thing is, there’s a lot to know about how to negotiate, document, and close seller-financed deals so that they’re win-wins for you AND your seller.
