Annual Real Estate Entrepreneurs Holiday Party
And Best and Worst Deals of the Year Presentations!
It’s the end of another year packed with education and information (and yes, some other stuff, too), and it’s time to get together and celebrate our amazing community with online ‘cocktail party’ rooms and the always-inspiring, often-hilarious Best and Worst Deals of the Year contest, where you vote on the winner!
All members and guests are FREE, and here’s what we’ll be doing:
6:30-7:15 p.m. Relationship Building
We’ll have an online happy hour where you can choose a Zoom Room and gather with others who share your interests—in wholesaling, retailing, rental housing, AirBnBs, private lending, notes, and more. Introduce yourself, ask questions, and most importantly—MAKE CONNECTIONS that will last years.
You decide who you want to meet, we’ll make it happen!
7:15-7:30 Community “Snaps” and Attendee Contests
We’ll honor members who’ve best implemented and demonstrated the defining values of community: sharing, ethics, devotion to constant education, and more; if you have a nominee, let us know at Sara@TheRealEstateGoddess.com!
And EVERY attendee has the chance to win other prizes; since our Zoom meetings are constantly ‘video bombed’ by pets anyway, we’ll give away a prize for cutest pet. Oh, and wear your ugliest sweater and best hat, ‘cause you could win for those, too!
7:30-9:00 p.m. Deal of the Year Contests
The most wonderful time of the year is when we get to hear our fellow members talk about their biggest triumphs and greatest tragedies—and then we get to judge them!
We’ll hear from REIAGC members in 4 categories: Best Deal, Best Deal by a New Investor, Most Creative Deal, and Worst Deal. Then we’ll vote on the winner in each category, and send the winner home with an awesome plaque and bragging rights for a whole year.
This meeting is usually our best-attended of the year, because it’s educational, inspiring, and provides an inside peek at what your community really does with all this education and networking.

Want to Win a Deal of the Year Award?
Here’s how you do it:
- You must be a current REIAGC member to compete.
- Your deal must have been completed within the past 12 months
- Pick your category and prepare your story.
Best Overall Deal of the Year
• Worst Deal of the Year
• Best Deal by a New Investor (a “new investor” is one who completed their first deal within the past 12 months)
• Most Creative Deal of the Year
- Send your story and any backup documentation to Sara@therealestategoddess.com by noon on December 2nd
- Be prepared to present it on December 3rd!
