6:00 - 7:00 PM - Early Meeting For All: The New Ohio Foreclosure Auctions—and How to Get Auction Deals with Jared Miller, Auction.com
Last year, the State of Ohio instituted a new law allowing certain foreclosure properties to be sold at auction online, instead of at the courthouse steps. At the same time, more and more banks have begun selling their post-foreclosure bank-owned properties in online auctions to get ahead of the slowing market.
In short, online auctions have become a real source for distressed deals, and you need to look into how these processes work and how you can get some deals at auction. That’s what this early session is all about; join us and learn.
