One of the key skills that every real estate investor must develop is the skill of quickly, accurately determining the after-repaired value of properties. In this workshop, we’ll talk about how to find comps (even when you’re not an agent), and practice using them to evaluate a real property.
For Active Investors: Making Your Kids into Capitalists with Jim Wood
Don’t you wish someone had taken you under their wing as a child, and taught you the principals of business and investing? You can do that for the kids in YOUR life—by involving them in your business, helping them build their own businesses, and giving them the head start that you probably didn’t have. Jim Wood explains how to get through to and mentor youngsters in the ways of capitalism
