Property management systems--- are they for real? They most certainly are as Max Arroyo will demonstrate. His depth of knowledge of Property Management systems is something you won't want to miss. How does one put together a property management system? Whether you have one unit or over a hundred rental units, you will be able to get organized and know what you need to do to manage them. Even more, every investor struggles with how to be efficient. We need to streamline our day so we can focus on priorities and get them completed. Then, how do we systematize components so we can hire someone to do them, whether employees, contractors, or VA's? Which of these is the best choice? YOU want to to get your business to a level where you have to do the minimum, if anything. Property management, I believe, is representative of all types of real estate investing in this regard.
