In reviewing the 100+ hours of on-demand lessons on the Express Success Member’s page, we realized that we’ve done classes on buying and selling on lease/option, subject to the existing loan, with owner carrybacks, and even with pure options—but never one solely on the strategy of Land Contracts, AKA Contracts for Deed.
It’s time to remedy that, because they’re a good way of buy- ing creatively and an EXCELLENT way of selling creatively, but they’re very different from either lease/options or mortgages in terms of how they work, how much control you get—or give up—by using them, or how they’re handled, closed and record- ed. That’s what we’ll talk about on June 16th and, of course, you’ll have the chance to ask any questions you want at the end.
