Why Note Buying is the Best Cash Flow Strategy of 2023: Foreclosures are up (which means more defaulted notes to buy), interest rates are up (which means more sellers will carry back notes that you can then buy), and the stock market is firmly in bear territory (which means that more folks are interested in making alternative passive investments—maybe in your notes?), so it’s a good time to make sure you understand how the note buying (and flipping) business is working right now. Our panel will share their favorite strategies for finding and profiting from defaulted, performing, and seller-held notes.

Real estate investing creates opportunities for EVERYONE, but we all approach it differently depending, in part, on our own backgrounds, skills, and challenges.
And it helps us ALL to learn from successful investors who don’t look like us, sound like us, or share our same backgrounds and experiences, because it breaks us out of our perspectives and teaches us approaches that we’d never think of ourselves, but which we could use to make more money.
So we’re shaking it up at this meeting, by filling a panel with wholesalers, retailers, Airbnb owners, shared housing providers, and private lenders, all of whom are active and successful, and all of whom are women.
They’ll mostly share the challenges we’re ALL facing in the quickly-slumping (or, to look at it the other way, opportunity-filled) 2023 market, and answer your questions about their strategies, plans, and success secrets, but they’ll also talk about the challenges of doing it “backward, and in heels”*, and how you can help the women YOU love become financially independent in real estate.
